BP ELECTICAL Orders are processed after payment clears the same day. In the order in which they are received in our shipping department, Shipping occurs Monday through Friday 8:00-2:00 pacific standard time, excluding all holidays. When using USPS as the preferred carrier, occasionally, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 2 business days. We ship items by UPS Regular Ground on the day your payment clears. If you provide a PO Box, an APO box, or an address in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, your item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with out delivery confirmation, but shipments via USPS will not ship until the day after your payment has cleared. This can take 2-3 business days (potentially longer in some remote areas) including Saturday. We have added three additional shipping options for your convenience. They are UPS ground or flat rate, Next Day Air, UPS 3 Day Air. These rates can be viewed in the shipping details. To get your item shipped the same day and use any of these 3 options we must have payment received by 2:00 PM PST. On the rare occasion we are out of stock an item we may have your item shipped directly from one of our suppliers.
 
International Shipping: We offer International Shipping on most of our items to a large number of countries. We ship international orders via USPS priority Mail. This can take 3-5 business days. Please include a phone number on all international shipments. Items ordered incorrectly must be exchanged within 14 business days only if the part has not been installed.  Refunds will be given once the return is received and inspected. Buyer will pay the freight charge to return the unit and refunds will only before the unit price.
