All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier or our listing error and mistake. We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All items come with 30 days store warranty unless advertised differently.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refund after 30 days. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, only DOA (defect on arrival) product return apply no shipping charge.

Please contact us by eBay's "contact member" to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
