Warranty returns or exchanges must be in the original packaging with the Label on the box as well as the original receipt with method of payment!

Sellers are not responsible for transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, & particularly during peak periods.

You should receive your item within 1-7 business days of leaving our warehouse.

Worldwide shipping along with Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico will be quoted upon request!

All return item must be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the orginal packaging cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation.

PART MUST ALSO BE IN ORIGINAL GM BOX AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH NO LABELS OR MARKINGS ON ORIGINAL GM BOX.

We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses, or any other expenses that may occur.

If item is not needed you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund minus Shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

In the event of an error on our behalf we will issue a UPS call tag and pay for returned shipment. For any other reason it is the customers responsibility to cover freight charges.
