  • Regardless of what you may have been told or you have read, starting in 2003 all GM truck clusters must be programmed to the VIN of the vehicle to operate correctly. This programming will vary depending on the year & options of the vehicle.
  • If you purchase a new or used cluster elsewhere it will come with zero or wrong mileage and incomplete or the wrong software. These clusters will need the software to be updated to your vehicles VIN, mileage & hours.
  • Installing a cluster with wrong or incomplete programming will cause functions of the information center not to operate correctly, display a false service code or say "program cluster" this indicates the cluster is not calibrated.
  • DIGITAL DASH SOLUTIONS offers FREE VIN, mileage, hour & software programming with purchase. We will be sure the cluster you receive will be 100% compatible with your truck or SUV.

    • This cluster has been fully rebuilt with all GM OEM parts.
    • Brand new updated stepper motors have been installed.      
    • The software program has been updated with the newest version available from GM.
    • The entire unit has been checked for any defective components.
    • All factory updates have been performed to correct any defects in the original design.
    • All solder joints have been checked and repaired as needed.
    • All back lights have been replaced.
    • Finally a complete computer test of all functions has been performed.
    • Included is a full 1 year guarantee that is provided by me, you don't have to go to a dealer for service.
    • The cluster you will receive will be in excellent cosmetic condition.
    • I use all GM OEM products, no aftermarket glued on overlays that bubble up and fade after sitting in the sun. No poor alignment or uneven night illumination. These are common problems associated with aftermarket garbage.

    PLEASE READ !!! This is an exchange program, after installation of my rebuilt unit, you are required to mail your defective unit back to me to complete the transaction and receive positive feedback. This will also activate your 1 year guarantee. Failure to do so will result in receiving a negative feedback, this will also null and void the guarantee. A $200 deposit will be charged at the time of purchase, but will be refunded to your account when your defective unit arrives to me with the supplied paperwork.
