Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. (Note: If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.)

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at info.fl0190@i-soldit.com. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

iSold It has used its best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition, and image of the goods at the time of sale. iSold It makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail.  We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise is usually shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Saturday/Sunday).

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Combined shipping is done at the sellers discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Combined Shipping: If you win four or more of our auctions within a 7 day period we would be happy to combine your shipping. You will be charged full price shipping for the item which costs the most to ship and a $5 handling charge for each additional item after that. We will not combine ship glass or breakables. Here are the steps you'll need to follow (no exceptions please). 1. Payments must be made individually for each item through Paypal. 2. Once your payments have been made send us an email (service.fl0121@i-soldit.com) with the details of your items and payments. 3. We will refund the shipping costs (not the $5 handling) on all but one of your items. All refunds will be processed within 72 hours. 4. Lastly we must be able to get your items in one box or we cannot offer this discount.

All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee that can be viewed by the shipping calculator.
