All return item must be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation.

PART MUST ALSO BE IN ORIGINAL GM BOX AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH NO LABELS OR MARKINGS ON ORIGINAL GM BOX.

We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses, or any other expenses that may occur.

If item is not needed you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund minus Shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

In the event of an error on our behalf we will issue a UPS call tag and pay for returned shipment. For any other reason it is the customers responsibility to cover freight charges.
