10 days on returns, it is new in box. We ship UPS ground therefore it is insured up to $100 and we have a tracking number if it is lost. We will ship same day if before 3:00 p.m. as soon as payment is received. Monday thru Friday exluding Holidays when UPS is not operating. Or we may ship US Priority Mail with a receipt confirmation. We can track both. What we use depends on weight of item and zip code to calculate expense. Contact us if you are unhappy for any reason.
