1. All returns must obtain the RMA# by email or phone. Returns without RMA will not be processed.
2. All parts can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition except the clearance parts or specified non-return items. 
3. Return for credit can be accepted only within 30 days from the date of invoice. 15% restocking fee will be charged after 7 days of the receipt.
4. All shortcomings, discrepancies, short-shipment etc. should be brought to the notice of Eastar International within a period of 2 days from the date of the receipt. 
5. Any modification or re-work done to the product will not be returned or exchanged. 
6. The RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued.
7. Refund is paid in the same manner as original purchase; i.e. if paid by credit card, the credit card will be credited. Refund checks will be mailed within 10 business days from the date merchandise has been returned. 
8. Shipping charges are not refundable.
