Return policy

All auction sales are final. We can only issue an exchange for the following reason: Defective item or wrong item shipped.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process a refund of the item price but less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase.

**If the item is free shipping, we will keep 10% of item price as cancellation fee for your refund.

All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our customer service department. Item must be returned and arrived within 14 days after RMA number is issured. Package returned without the RMA number written outside of the box WILL BE REFUSED.Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be processed.

**We must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before and exchange, or refund is processed.

All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance under any circumstance. All Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Warranty and technical help

We offer a limited warranty of 60 days on the item upon the date the item is received. Buyer are responsible for the both way shipping fees to exchange product.
Most of our products are direct from distributor and are intended for jobber purpose, so they may not come with instruction manual. Professional mechanic are recommended for installation. This can avoid many problems that can often be found with an inexperienced installer of aftermarket products. Warranty will be void for improper installation. Buyer must shows proof of professional installation if buyer stataing that the product does not fit.
