These are brand new (in the box) Original Equipment radiators made by L&R/Modine for the Automatic Transmission E85 BMW Z4 Roadster 2.5i & 3.0i '02-05.  These radiators are tested at the factory in Germany, to ensure against leaks.

A brand new Automatic Transmission plug/switch, with 2 new O-rings, is provided with the radiator -- see picture.  

This radiator does not fit ANY Manual Transmission Z4.  It does not fit E85 Z4 Roadster 3.0si 2004-08. It does not fit E85 Z4 Roadster M3.2. It does not fit E86 Z4 Coupe 3.0si 2005-2008. It does not fit E86 Z4 Coupe M3.2

The core is brazed-aluminum with plastic tanks.  The radiator core dimensions are 22 7/8 x 17 3/4.  Pictures shown are of actual product, please see all pictures.  List price is $364.00

This part is for installation in the intended application only; by a knowledgeable installer. Any modification/adaptation will void the exchange. The cooling system MUST be flushed with proper coolant, to remove rust and debris; repeat until clean. DO NOT use tap water; white dust will clog unit.
