Two Elvis beach towels. I found them in with a larger collection of E items. Nice... no holes... once again, a 9.5 out of 10. Bath? beach? the floor? wall tapestries? whatever you want to use them for..... Yes, these are the ONLY two I have. |

Hope & Progress for 2009!
PAYMENT:
- Paypal payments are appreciated immediately after end of auction.
- If account is Unconfirmed, then it MUST meet Paypal's approval for me to accept.
- ALL California shipments / residents are subject to a 9% sales tax.
SHIPPING:
- PLEASE use the shipping calculator BEFORE you place your bid. The shipping total you see includes: a box, bubble wrap, popcorn, tape, etc., to create a properly packaged item, so your package will pass the "high-drop packaging test".
- I do NOT combine shipping when using eBay.
- If your package gets lost or destroyed, you're covered for the amount paid.
- All packages are shipped via FedEx (within the US) and I TRY to get them out within 24 hours. Allow 4 to 7 days to get to your door. If you are in a rush, talk to me before you place your bid, as I am out of town from time to time, finding more inventory. Please ignore the "shipped via UPS" on your invoice.
- NO local pickups.
OUTSIDE US SALES:
- Your shipping may be high and it may take a few days to get your package to USPS. Why? 1 hour of my time to deal with my post office and expensive gas getting there..... not to mention the frustration & headaches associated with dealing with the USPS. ALSO: I MUST have an on-line tracking number to prove to Paypal that your item was shipped, THUS the Express mail ONLY option. Priority mail does NOT have an on-line tracking number to show proof of shipment, so I wouldn't be covered.
BIDDER'S OBLIGATIONS:
- Please ask ANY and ALL questions BEFORE you bid. I answer most questions immediately.
- Questions about fitment? PLEASE ask the manufacturer or your mechanic or your local HD dealership. I didn't make any of the parts that I sell.
- There are NO extra parts included that I do not specify in my description.
- You will received EXACTLY what is described and/or shown. If you do not, then there is a problem.
- All sales are FINAL and all items are sold "AS IS" .... so know what you're bidding on here.
FITMENT:
- I do NOT make any of the parts that I sell, so PLEASE consult with your mechanic, HD parts dept. and/or the manufacturer, as I hate to guess and be wrong.
SPAM BLOCKERS & BULK EMAIL:
- If you have one, PLEASE make sure that customer.service@elvisplace.com can make it through, as I do NOT always use eBay to communicate with my customers. If you do not allow my email to enter, then we will have a failure to communicate....and that's not good for either of us.
OTHER:
- From time to time, the item that you win may been sold locally or may be lost. If this happens, your entire payment will be refunded immediately and I will apologize.
- I'm a "ONE MAN SHOW" over here, so please understand human mistakes from time to time.
- I strive to satisfy my customers. If you can't leave me positive feedback plus 5 stars, please contact me before you leave your feedback. I sure appreciate it.

- According to Paypal, none of the above matters anymore.... so it's all a bunch of hot air, UNLESS, you're one of the "Good Guys" and respect me as a seller and a fellow human that's trying to make a living. For those of you that do, I applaud you, as it seems there are less and less of you out there.
