Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by check. Most items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment unless out of stock. Customers will be notified of out of stock items via email. We do our best to only list in stock items but since we do a large volume of sales through our website, car forums, and storefront as well as our eBay store.  We reserve the right to back order items up to 14 working days. If you have a package that is damaged in shipping, please notify us within 7 business days.

*DAMAGED ITEMS* If a package appears to be damaged please sign as "DAMAGED" if upon further inspection any of the components are damaged you must contact UPS as soon as possible 1(800)PICK-UPS to report the damage. You will need to save the original packaging and refrence the tracking # when calling.

Terms

All ORALCE Products carry a Lifetime Warranty on parts. We will replace any defective part free of charge once defective part is returned. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Warranty does not cover damage due to mistreatment or improper installation. We do carry a full line of replacement parts, please check our "parts bin" section. We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt less shipping and 15% Restocking Fee. All opened packages that are returned will have an additional $10 Repackaging Fee deducted from the refund. Returns are not accepted after 7 days of receipt, please open and inspect the item as soon as you receive to to aviod any problems. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
