Our standard flat rate shipping to the Continental US is $12.95.

Our standard flat rate shipping to our Canadian customers will be $CONTACT US.

Local pickup is available M-F 8-4:30, we ask that you give us a days notice so that we may have the part ready for pick up.

We try to ship you part out within a business day of the received payment.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you at the time of shipment.  If you do not receive a tracking number please email us and we will forward it to you.

About Us

Kirchhayn Auto parts has been in business since 1975, it is a family owned and operated business.  We started in the scrapping business, with a sideline of selling parts.  In 1989 we computerized our operation and started focusing more on later model auto parts.  1990 brought our 2nd generation into the business, focusing more and more on the auto parts-the scrapping business was fazed out.

We started our Ebay business in the beginning of 2004, due to the amout of overstock items, slowmovers and parts that we could not inventory.  All the parts we list on Ebay are tested and warrantied-unless noted in the description.  So be assured that you are not going to get a "junk" part.
You may also see other items non-car parts related on our Ebay listings,these are items from family and friends that we list for them.

Warranty Information

•	Kirchhayn Auto warranties all our parts for 6 months from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise specified.
•	The original invoice must accompany any claim for warranty.

**All engines and transmissions must be installed by a ASE certified mechanic to be covered under our 6 month warranty.  Due  to the complexity of engines and transmission the warranty will be void if they are not installed by a ASE certified mechanic. 

Returns
•	All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the purchase.
•	The original invoice must accompany all returns
•	The part will not be accepted if the part has been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged in anyway 


Our warranty does not cover the following items-
•	The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages
•	On driveline components fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors, hoses, belts, spark plugs and injectors are not guaranteed
•	Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation
•	Claims that result from the failure of other existing components.
•	Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or parts used for any purpose other then the original application.
•	Warranties are not transferable

***** In the event you need to return the item for any reason, please message us through eBay or email us at dawn@kirchhayn.com for a Return Authorization number.  We do NOT accept any returns without a Return Authorization number.

•	All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the purchase and be accompanied by a return authorization form.

Please note: The buyer will be responsible for returning the item to our facility, if the item was purchased in error.  The buyer will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
