My 1969 nova was built to run on a local strip but the strip was closed just as the car was completed with no time to even run it once. It has only been run on a private road to test and tune and set up the four link. . I was going to take out the spool put on street legal tires and wipers and drive it. Here is some of what it has = 454 C.I.block decked .020, line bored & honed, cylinders bored .030 and honed with deck plates. Crankshaft steel 454 balanced crossdrilled ground .020 .020 clevite bearings. Rods LS7 454 7/16 Dimple rods beams ground polished shot peened magnifluxed and balanced with 7/16 S.P.S. rod bolts clevite bearings Pistons Speed pro 12.9-1 closed chamber domes contoured and balanced speed pro rings. Cam Sig Erson Roller 328 dur int 331 ex. 645 lift int 650 ex. Lifters Race cams rollers. Rockers crane roller. Heads Square port closed chamber with speed pro stainless swirl polished valves crane retainers Victor racing head gaskets. Intake Manifold Holly Strip Dominator, floor welded, ported, Dominator base. Carburator 1150 Holly Dominator. Cloyes timing chain and gears Milodon 10 qt oil pan mallory doul point distributor Mallory HI-6 triggering system. Transmission Turbo 400 manual valve body heavy sprag A-1 10" 4500 rpm stall converter bellhousing and transmission shields prostick shifter line lock. Auto meter shift-lite tach Dedenbear RPM switch BPR shift solenoid Nine inch ford rear end 456 gears, spool, tubed, 4 link, frame rails 10 point roll cage all from chris alston's chassisworks 10 gal RCI tank and battery in trunk 14" slicks many other things to many to list everthing If you have any questions please ask I will do my best to answer them.
