International carriers are dependent on their destination routes; therefore there are no specific carriers available. All taxes, brokerage fees and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

A return and exchange will only be accepted if the customer was shipped a different product than the one in the auction. Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service by email or by phone at (626) 279-7734. All returns require a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) issued by a customer service representative. If a package does not have an RMA# written outside the packaging box, MakotoAutoTrends will refuse the package and all incurring charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Before contacting a customer service representative, please have the following information:

Make, model, year and body style of the vehicle
Pictures of the item.
Full description of the problem.
Part number (located outside the box)
Customer contact information (if not already provided)

All products from Makoto Auto Trends are brand new, never been used, and are sold without any warranty under any circumstances. Our products are intended for show purposes only and can be illegal for street use, unless otherwise stated (DOT/ SAE approved, etc…). We encourage our customers to verify with their local and state law for the legality of the products before it is purchased, as the policy is different from state to state. Makoto Auto Trends will not be legally responsible for any issues that arise regarding the usage of any of our products.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. No returns will be accepted for any reason after 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in store credit ONLY.
