Important Information  –  FAQ’s

1.     Product Brands.  We sell only genuine factory original parts and accessories also designated as OEM. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. We are an authorized BMW automotive dealership.

2.     Warranty.  The warranty is covered from the manufacturer through any BMW dealership in the United States for defects in the product for 2 years. We will send you a receipt with the shipment which is all that is needed for the warranty.

3.     Shipping.  We only ship via FedEx ground. FedEx does not go to PO, APO or FPO boxes therefore we cannot ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico requires an additional charge of $35.00 per item. We ship packages Monday-Friday.  If you pay Monday -Thursday your item will ship within 48 hours.  Should you pay on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your item will ship Monday at the earliest but no later then Tuesday.

4.     Local Pickup.  There is no local pickup, our eBay warehouse is located in an offsite warehouse facility with no public access.

5.     Sales Tax.  We charge sales tax to Colorado customers at 5.1%.

6.     Tracking Numbers. You will be emailed a tracking number through the eBay system.  Please add ebay.bmw@autogoodparts.com to your safe list and check your spam folder should you not receive this e-mail.

7.     Customer Service.  Check out our feedback and see what our other buyers have to say about our commitment to quality products and customer service. If you have any problem please contact us.

8.     Damaged or Missing Parts.  We insure every package, so if your item arrives damaged please file a claim with FedEx, save the shipping box for FedEx to inspect if needed. Notify us Via Email or phone so we can arrange a replacement item or refund when FedEx Claim is processed.
