Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that all payments must be received within 10 days of the auction's end. You can use your credit card at checkout via our secure website. If you choose not to use the online credit card option, you may call us at (302) 674-4990 and we will take down your information to run your card manually.

Shipping Terms: Because of the volatile nature of pricing of national carriers such as UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc, we retain the right to choose which national carrier will deliver your package. Rest assured that regardless of which carrier we choose, your package will be insured for the amount of the purchase price, and the amount quoted to you for shipping will remain the same.
If you wish to make alternate arrangements for shipping, they must be approved by us via email prior to bidding. After the item is won, the buyer must communicate via e-mail these changes of terms so that we can make the appropriate changes in our software. Please do not call us to arrange alternate shipping terms, as verbal communication will not be honored; we accept e-mail communication only.
The high bidder is to pay shipping cost as shown in the shipping calculator. Insurance is already added into the price quoted by the calculator.

You must have a street address (not a post office box) for us to ship to. If you pay via Paypal we will ONLY ship to the address provided by Paypal. If you pay via credit card we will ONLY ship to the credit card billing address.
Orders are processed and shipped within one to three business days after receipt of payment.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier with your tracking information. Please do not contact us asking if something has shipped until at least 5 business days after payment is made. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email in that time then contact us.

Combined Shipping: We automatically combine shipping for purchases for bidders in the lower 48 states. Please wait to 'Checkout' until you are done purchasing all of your items. Once you finish purchasing and 'Checkout,' your shipping will be combined.

BIDDERS LOCATED OVERSEAS, CANADA, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO AND APO/FPO:

This section is applicable to bidders who are located overseas, in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or who have an APO/FPO address. The "Payment Methods," "Shipping Terms," and "Combined Shipping" sections apply for these bidders who do not have an acquaintance in the lower 48 states of the U.S. to whom the package can be shipped. If you have an acquaintance in the the lower 48 states of U.S. with whom you could arrange alternate payment and shipping terms, the "Alternate Payment and Shipping" sections listed below applies.

Payment Methods: Payment for non-continental U.S. customers is PAYPAL ONLY! There are no exceptions to this policy. We will allow bids from non-continental-U.S. customers, but you must have e-mailed us prior to bidding!!! We need to send you a calculated shipping quote before you win the item so that you have a chance to agree to the quote and our terms. If you purchase an item without first contacting us and receiving a reply, you automatically agree to our terms and will pay whatever amount we quote you for shipping. The price quote for Post Office shipping will not be the exact shipping cost. The shipping software we use will not process USPS shipments so we have to enter the shipment manually. As a result there is a handling fee for shipments through the USPS.

Shipping Terms: Shipping will be USPS only! We use Priority Mail or its equivalent; we will not send Parcel Post. We choose which service is most appropriate based on whether it will arrive within the 7-10 day delivery time.
The shipping quote we send you is what you will pay which is actual shipping plus a handling fee. Therefore, you will not be paying actual shipping, but the price that we quote you! This handling fee is to take into account the time it takes us to manually enter your shipment into our shipping software and order system.
Unless a payment is received from a resident of the continental U.S. as outlined below in "Alternate Payment and Shipping", we will ONLY ship to the PayPal address of the overseas bidder.
In the event that the item you purchase is not shippable by USPS because it is too large or the destination country does not allow us to insure the package, then both parties agree to participate in eBay's "Mutual Rescind" procedure so that selling fees are regained and neither party incurs negative or neutral feedback. However, we do not offer a mutual rescind on an item simply because you do not want to pay the shipping cost. This is why it is very important to get a quote from us before buying.

We will attempt to provide a tracking number for your shipment, however, because the USPS will not provide tracking number for certain countries we cannot always provide one. We usually use Priority Mail, which typically takes 7-10 days to deliver to most countries. If you do not receive the item(s) after 15 days, please e-mail us so we can check the status of the package(s).

Combined Shipping: Unlike purchases by bidders in the lower 48 states, we do not automatically combine shipping. For all overseas shipments, we combine shipments manually. Please note that some items can not be combine-shipped for obvious reasons, such as physical limitations (fragile and heavy items, items of very different sizes), but we will try to combine as much as possible. Please follow the instructions below in order to receive combined shipping:

If you bid on multiple items, do not 'Checkout' or pay for any item until ALL the auctions you have won have ended, you have e-mailed us, and we have sent you an updated, combined invoice. We will not assume that once you have purchased two or more items that you are done buying, since many of our customers purchase multiple items, so we will wait to invoice you until after you have e-mailed us that you are done buying. After we have received your e-mail, we will send you a Combined invoice, and then you may 'Checkout' or pay. If you click 'Checkout' or pay for any item before then, we cannot combine shipping due to software limitations. There is nothing we can do about this so wait to 'Checkout'/pay until all the auctions you have won through us have ended, you have e-mailed us requesting combined shipping, AND you received a Combined invoice.

Alternate Payment and Shipping: If you have an acquaintance in the continental U.S. to whom you would like to ship the item, then the previous terms for bidders in the lower 48 states of the U.S. apply. The acquaintance may pay by his/her PayPal and the item can ONLY be shipped to the address on his/her PayPal. If he/she pays credit card, the item can ONLY be shipped to the billing address on his/her credit card. In summary, the item will be shipped to the address of the individual who pays for the item; please negotiate obtaining the item from the acquaintance at your own discretion.

Keep in mind, however, if the non-continental-U.S. bidder is paying, we accept PayPal only, and the item can ONLY be shipped to the PayPal address of the overseas bidder. If you do not have an acquaintance in the continental U.S. to whom we could ship the package, then the terms for overseas bidders apply to your item.

Our Guarantee: After receiving this item, you have 7 days to inspect it. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the product, you are entitled to return it as outlined in our policy below:

(1) E-mail Customer Service (customerservice@bikepartsoutlet.com) within 7 days of receiving the item.
(2) The item is to be received back in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please look at the pictures in the ad to compare to the item you receive. If your item is in different condition than pictured, please contact Customer Service via e-mail because it is most likely an insurance claim to settle with the shipping carrier. Please retain your original shipping material, including the box in which the item arrived. If it has sustained shipping damage, a carrier claim needs to be filed; contact Customer Service via e-mail in order to process the claim.
(3) If the item arrives as described in the ad, with no damage from shipping, a $10 restock fee that covers processing and eBay fees will be deducted from your refund.
(4) You will be responsible for all shipping costs both ways. You will also be responsible for insuring the package when you send it back to us to ensure that we safely receive it. We do not refund your shipping/insurance costs.
(5) If your item arrives and is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT than the description in the ad, please contact Customer Service to receive a full refund on the item and on shipping charges.
