Hasp swing over handle to be locked with Padlock
Cam lock design helps close the door and holds the door securely closed

Can be used upright on left or right side or mounted cross ways

The cam tube & handle are new surplus that where stored outside they might have some scrathes & scuffs & tarnished coating (hardware is new)
