Here we have Heater - A/C Blower Motor Resister. It is a Genuine GM Part  that will work on a 1994-1996 Impala SS and it should also fit on an a 1994-1996 Caprice (including the Caprice SS). It may be time to replace your missing or damaged one while it is still available from GM. It is only a matter of time before this part becomes Obsolete like so many other Caprice and Impala SS parts already have.
