·        You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item do not bid! If you bid and win our auction and you do not follow through you will be charged a $100.00 penalty fee to relist this auction and or we will file a lien and a judgment against the bidder for the amount plus fees on the auction, so please consider this before you bid if you have no intentions of following through! Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.

·        Your bid is a binding legal contract, so consider your bid carefully before placing it. For more information, please review the terms of eBay's  User Agreement, which every eBay member accepted during registration.

·        Did you know that all bids of $15,000 and above require a credit card or alternative ID on file with eBay? Don't get caught at the last minute. Verify yourself now.

·        Bidders must be able to pay cash or have all loans "PRE-APPROVED" before bidding on this vehicle! Unqualified Bidding, Deadbeat Bidders, Bid Shielding, Auction Interference and any form of harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Please, make sure all questions and concerns are satisfied before you bid!

·        We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to notify bidders and end our auctions at any time and we shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and or closure.

·        Bid retractions during the last 24 hours of our auctions will be grounds for immediate auction cancellation and possible re-listing at the cost of that person or persons retracting that bid at our discretion. 

After The Auction Ends  

·        We will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must respond by phone and email within 24 hours to confirm your intention to buy. Our number will be provided in the email as well. Name, address and a contact number must be provided with our request. If you do not respond to this request within the 48 hours this vehicle will go back on ebay auction and you will be left negative feedback.

·        A Non-Refundable deposit of $150.00 must be sent within 24 hours from the end of our auctions or invoicing. PayPal, cash in person, cashiers check or money orders only! No personal checks will be accepted please.

·        Full payment must be made within 5 days from the end of our auction either by PayPal (small purchases and deposits only), cash in person, cashiers check, or money orders. Please make checks payable to County of Oneida .

·        "Please Note" We do not accept payment on vehicles with credit cards.  

Disclaimer 

·        All vehicles are sold "AS IS". You the buyer/bidder must have a complete understanding that this vehicle is used and we do not know the complete history of this vehicle. We are presenting this vehicle to the best of our knowledge. The accuracy of our description is based on any and all information that we were able to obtain concerning this vehicle either by records, previous owners statements, professional independent inspections or other statements if any made by the persons who sold or traded in this vehicle. We ( County of Oneida ) will not be held responsible.

·        You are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle has been previously driven and has been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, however there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections which might include books, manuals, service records, extra set of keys or remote key. We give you what comes with the vehicle when we purchase it. If there is more then one key or extra remote you will get it. Also, sometimes tires are mismatched (different brand names) we in no way will be held liable.

·        If you are expecting a pre-owned vehicle to be absolutely perfect please do not bid!

·        New York State law requires any vehicle 10 years or older is to be sold as "mileage exempt." Any mileage listed is based on the actual reading on the speedometer. While the vehicle is being offered for sale, in some cases, the seller may drive the vehicle and actual miles may increase slightly. Also all jurisdiction of this transaction is in Oneida County , New York State.
