Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

We ONLY ship to Paypal confirm address. We do not ship to P.O. Box. We will use UPS to ship out our item, and it takes 3-7 business days for delivery. Canada and international may take 5-10 business days for delivery. Canada or other international buyers are responsible for duties and taxes. Please provide us correct shipping address. Addition charge to re-ship for incorrect address. Email us for more detail.

Courier company: UPS or USPS (depending on location and item size).  Tracking num will be provided in most cases, except small shipment with USPS airmail to foreign countries. 

We will ship mid-size or large-size items with UPS to U.S. domestic areas and Canada.  Buyers outside U.S. are responsible for any brokerage's fee charged by UPS.

We will ship items to foreign countries and Canada, with UPS International Express service, which is a 3-5 days delivery, and brokerage fee will be charged on the customer.     

International Buyers - Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charge are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• some countries' customs may charge taxes for importing good from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
• In our experience, around 92% can reach to the buyers without ay taxes.
• We will try our best to help our buyer to minimize the risk of paying taxes, but you still find the price is lower than standard even you are chosen to pay taxes.

We will take any return within 7 business days, and buyers are responsible for return shipping in all cases. Please examine item carefully when it is delivered. Please contact us immediately if you have any problem about the item.
