This is an Original REMY # 943-B Generator I purchased several years ago in an estate sale. The gentleman had restored a 1927 Chevrolet and I ended up with most of his spare parts. The Remy 943-B is the Correct Generator for the 1926-1928 Chevrolet 4Cyl, the 1927 and 1928 Pontiac 6Cyl and the 1928-1929 GMC T-11 and T-19 Trucks. The Generator Turns Fine, but the Pulley is Missing. There is heavy wear to the commentator and likely needs to be rebuilt. I would consider it as a restorable core. Still a Nice item to have for your Vintage Chevrolet or Pontiac restoration.
