In order to insure availability and fast shipment of your items, payment should be made as soon as all items have been won. If an item payment is not made within 7 business days, an unpaid item claim will be filed with eBay.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you choose UPS as your shipping method, be sure that you have a physical address listed.
Most items will ship within 1 business day after payment is cleared. Items will not be shipped until payment is cleared. Some shipments may take up to 5 business days to ship after payment is cleared. Buyers are expected to pay all shipping costs. Actual shipping charges are based on UPS ground rates for weight, size and shipping location unless item is shipped truck freight. All shipping costs include an additional charge for packing labor and materials. Additional charges apply to items shipped to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Canadian customers must pay brokerage, duties, and customs fees to the shipping provider, as they are not included in our shipping charges. Bidders must submit all shipping questions or quote requests 48 hours prior to purchase. Shipping questions submitted less than 48 hours prior to the purchase may not be answered due to time constraints. Buyers purchasing multiple items can save money on shipping when items are shipped together. However, some items are not able to be packed together and normal shipping rates will apply on a per item basis. Items shipped to buyers in the state of Georgia will pay a 7% sales tax.

Return Policy
Returns for used or damaged items are not accepted.
Shortages- Each shipment from us has an invoice included either on the outside of the package, or more likely within the package. This invoice lists everything that is in this shipment to you, plus a complete listing of all items not shipped (back ordered). Check your invoice carefully. We have three separate individuals check each order for completeness and accuracy before being shipped. Check your packages carefully, in many cases small items are packaged together with other items (a box within a large box). Should you be unable to locate an item that your invoice shows as being shipped, please call immediately, 1-800-YEARONE x572.
Damages- Any damaged goods you receive most likely have been damaged by the delivery service. Be sure to notice the condition of the package(s) in the presence of the delivery service representative or as soon as you receive the shipment. If there is any damage, please call us and we will instruct you on how to properly handle the problem. Failure to follow our instructions may jeopardize your ability to get the merchandise replaced.
Follow these easy guidelines: Inspect your merchandise immediately. If the box is obviously damaged, simply refuse the shipment. The delivery service will then return the box to us, we will file claim with the carrier, and we'll reship new parts to you. If you have already accepted the shipment, the first thing to remember is: Dont throw anything away! Save the box and the packing material. Call us 1-800-YEARONE x572 well give you complete instructions on how to handle the situation.
Returns- If you do need to return goods to Year One, just follow the simple guidelines below and we will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. 1) You must call us to get a Return Authorization Number before sending a part back. 2) Package the part(s) well, in the original materials (if possible) to prevent any damage that may occur in transit. Fill out the back of your invoice completely and include this with the part(s) inside the box. 3) Mail the package(s) back to us PREPAID via UPS or Postal Service, as NO C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Our returns address is 1001 Cherry Drive Suite One, Braselton GA, 30517. 4) When a return is received an exchange or refund will be processed immediately.
If you mistakenly order the wrong part or no longer need the item, your refund will not include any fees paid to eBay associated with your purchase. This includes but is not limited to listing and final value fees.

In the late 1970s, a young man from Atlanta by the name of Len Athanasiades had a car, and a problem. His car was a 1969 Firebird, and his problem was that he couldn't find the parts and information he needed to breathe a little life back into his Pontiac. You see, what Len really wanted was a 1969 Firebird Trans Am, but those particular cars were, and are still, exceedingly rare.
So Len decided to transform his Firebird into a Trans Am by adding the equipment unique to the model. As he soon learned, however, finding out exactly what equipment was needed, and how to get it, was nearly as difficult as finding an original car. But Len was persistent, and it wasn't long before he found himself knee-deep in a treasure hunt for the parts and information he needed.
It wasn't long before Len began to receive more calls than he made. He became known around the country as a primary source for parts location and technical information on 1969 Trans Ams.
In 1981, Len realized that what most enthusiasts were looking for was a single source for both parts and information. So, in the basement of his parent's home, he began what is now known as Year One. The name itself comes from the fact that Len specialized in 1969 Trans Ams, the first year the vaunted model was offered - hence the name Year One.
Even though Year One is now housed in a large warehouse, and offers thousands of parts, services and accessories for GM, Ford and Chrysler vehicles, our commitment to the enthusiasts that make up this hobby is stronger than ever. We may no longer be in a basement selling used parts to friends and neighbors, but hopefully you will never know that by talking to us.
