You are buying a new complete POP-IT whip and base. POP-IT whip is a unique design that allows the base to pop apart in a roll over and then be snapped back in without tools. It also has a built in leash that keeps the pole from being lost. Comes with bright orange flag and plastic mounting collars that allow you to easily replace flag. Pole is 8 feet long. Whip comes in two pieces for shipping.
