All returns that are not the fault of Zig's Auto will be charged a 15% restocking fee. A return RMA number and return shipping info will be emailed to you. Once you receive your RMA number, you can return your product with any shipping company that offers a tracking number. Refunds will not be given until part(s) have been returned and checked in.
If We Mess Up...
We don't mess up often, but in the rare circumstance that it should happen, we will make it right. Once you let us know, we will email you a call tag for a freight free return. Once the part(s) have been received and checked a replacement part(s) will be shipped out, or a refund will be issued. The process usually takes about 5 working days. This applies if:

The part is damaged in shipping.
