Insurance = A one time charge of $1.70 covers up to   $50.00 of total purchase, this includes other BUY NOW items of mine.  If total purchase is over $50.00 EBAY will use the USPS charges found in usps.com to calculate the insurance cost. 

1.      For multiple purchases:

·       Please check out on one invoice to get the shipping and handling discount.   If you do not know how to check out on 1 invoice….ASK!

·       Use the BUY NOW link to select an item or items of mine you wish to purchase. 

·       On the last item of mine you selected with the BUY NOW link, click the PAY NOW link. 

·        Follow all directions, then pay out and specify your PAYPAL account.

·       YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS AS I  DO NOT REFUND OVER PAYMENTS ON S&H CHARGES.  If you would rather have me send the invoice for payment, please email me and request an invoice.

2.  All sales are final!!!!  If you purchase an item(s) and decide you do not want the item(s), a restocking fee of 15% of the total sale price will be charged to cover EBAY / PAYPAL fees associated with the sale.  This includes items just purchased but not shipped.  Ask questions before clicking BUY NOW.  If an order is canceled or returned due to a problem on my end, you will not be charged a restocking fee. 

3.  DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All orders will ship via USPS.  All domestic packages require insurance.  Please see WWW.USPS.COM for current insurance shipping rates. Currently $1.70 will insure an order up to $50.00.  Insurance protects both of us from USPS errors.  I do ship to APO’s and PO Boxes.  

4.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time I am not offering international shipping.   This is due to too many international shipments being lost.  

5.  SHIPPING TIME:  I usually ship within 3 to 4 days of payment.  Shipping may be as quick as 24 hours, but it could be up to 7 days or longer.  This is due to the fact that THIS IS A ONE MAN OPERATION.  I teach 6^th grade science and that takes up a lot of my time during the school year.  I also have a number of family activities that go on the weekends that take up my time.  

6.  STOCK can run out:  Items on EBAY are in an inventory system.  These items will continue to re-list as long as inventory remains above zero.  BUT…On week ends I go to a lot of rallies and swap meets to sell, I also have friends that pick up items from me at home.  Therefore; I may be out of stock on some items.  But I do not pull the listing from EBAY or email you, as this takes up too much time.  I have shipments coming in weekly from suppliers and your order will be shipped in a reasonable amount of time.  I will issue a refund to your PAYPAL account if I feel it will take to long to re-inventory that item.

7.  FEEDBACK: I leave feedback as soon as I receive your payment.  Please do not leave FEEDBACK for me until you have received your order and are happy.   FEEDBACK is the best way to notify me you have received your item(s) and are satisfied.  If you have a problem with any item(s) contact me immediately via email so I can resolve the problem.  If I do not know about the problem, I cannot fix the problem.  I do expect feedback as it is apart of the EBAY way of life.

8.  PAYMENT: All my items are BUY NOW items, I expect to be paid as soon as you are finished shopping.  I prefer PAYPAL.

9. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ME: Special instructions for me need to be included on the invoice when you payout, and on a separate email.   I only read the invoice when I pull your order and not before.
