All freight auctions list a Flat Business rate
delivery charge only. Multiple auctions won,
shipping to the same confirmed address, will be
combined to save shipping costs if possible.

Residential Freight Delivery:

Should a freight shipment arrive damaged,
you or your agent must require the driver call
1-937-236-5233 immediately, Do not sign for the
shipment if it is damaged. By signing you are
agreeing, that they delivered in an undamaged
condition. They will NOT pay a claim after
you have signed. REQUIRE THE DRIVER TO WAIT.
Open the shipment and check for damage.
Neither we, nor the freight company, will be
responsible after you have signed for your shipment.
UPS Shipping:
Insured shipping fee listed is US only,
excluding Alaska & Hawaii. Auction winner
must inspect winning auction shipment upon
receiving it. We will not be responsible for
damages occurring in shipment, if the
shipment has not been inspected by you or your
agent at point of delivery. You must require
your UPS driver to note the shipment or item
damage before he leaves, writing on your receipt

We will call UPS to do a pickup, inspect the package
and put in a claim for you to be reimbursed.
Please be aware that UPS does take some time
(2 months or more) to pay their claims.
