DOMESTIC Options: UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, 2-Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver. USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, First Class, Media Mail.

INTERNATIONAL Options: UPS Standard to Canada, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Expidited. USPS International Priority Mail, International Express Mail.

HANDLING FEES: There is a $2 handling fee added to ALL domestic to cover shipping supplies. There is a $5 handling fee added to ALL International Shipments to cover shipping supplies and Post Office runs.

We normally ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday.  Tracking information is only available for UPS packages and is emailed to you directly from UPS.  If you have not received your tracking information, please check your junk email filter.  There is no tracking information available for USPS pacakges.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

SALES TAX: Wisconsin State Sales Tax (5.5%) will be charged to all orders picked up at Signature Cycles or delivered to a Wisconsin address.

ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED: Yes, however you must contact Signature Cycles prior to sending anything back.

RESTOCKING FEE: There will be a 20% restocking fee imposed for ALL returns that are not different than the description.

REFUNDS: If the item is different than the description, a FULL refund including one-way freight will be sent.

RETURN FREIGHT: Freight costs for ALL returns are the buyer's responsibility. I would recommend using a traceable method.
