Please read this carefully and thoroughly:

We request that you make payment (WE ACCEPT PAYPAL ONLY) within 72 hours of auction end.  Any payments not made within 7 days without communication to us will result in a non-paying bidder claim being filed.

All items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.  If you pay late in the day, your item may miss the pick up that day and be picked up the next afternoon, which is why we state 2 business days.  If you do not receive your item within 10 days of payment, please email us to let us know and we will immediately rectify the situation.  Please note that most items are received by our customers within 5 business days, however we do not have control over shipper delays (weather, human error, etc.)

Please note that if you have moved and have not corrected your Paypal address, or if your Paypal address on file is incorrect and your item is returned to us you will need to pay to reship your item.  Please make sure your information is updated and correct.  If you live in a "suite", apartment, unit, etc.  this information is necessary to deliver your item in a timely fashion.

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the item.  We cannot be held responsible for damages that occur after you receive the item in good condition, or damages that may occur from improper installation methods.
