Unleash the performance potential of your MR2 with the most cost effective upgrade available. The factory intake system is designed to make sure small particles dont get into your engine. However, the design of most factory intakes also chokes the amount of air flow to the engine.

The APEXi Power Intake kit eliminates that restriction and provides plenty of airflow resulting in added power and even fuel effieciency. This unit is a direct bolt on. 

The unique Dual funnel filter system minimizes intake turbulence for added performance. The Power Intake is a maintenance-free dry-type air filter and will alleviate the problem of filter oil from "wet" air cleaners interfering with the air-flow meter. Expect gains up to 6-15 horsepower over the factory intake!

This intake system comes comes complete with everything you need to replace the restrictive factory intake box and paper air filters. Installs easily with basic hand tools.
