Return Policy:

We offer no-question refund, but all packages disputes must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All items returned must be in "New" condition with no damage, with all accessories and manuals, etc. For all refunds, returns, exchanges and defects, items must be return to us before we process issue. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Returns are usually processed within 5 days from the time item is received. Returns with missing accessories will incur an additional 20% re-stock fee. All packaging must be in original state with original box.
 Limited Lifetime Warranty: AITC-BrandNewAutoParts warrants all of their parts, under normal use and service, for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. AITC-BrandNewAutoParts warranty of its products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship, as limited herein, shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties, except warranties implied by law. This warranty covers any parts furnished by AITC-BrandNewAutoParts, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by AITC-BrandNewAutoParts. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail. This warranty limits the remedy of repair or replacement of any defective parts at the discretion of AITC-BrandNewAutoParts. Purchasers remedy does not include any unauthorized labor, material, or transportation charges. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or limitations or incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. Purchaser must first arbitrate any dispute or claim arising out of the breach of this warranty agreement, under the arbitration laws of the State of Florida and the rules of the American Arbitration Association, prior to commencing any lawsuit against company.
