Shipping
      
	Freight shipping on this Engine is 
	$150. Engines are shipped freight. The following terms apply for freight shipments. Please also see our 
	Shipping Terms page for more info. If you have any questions at all please let us know before bidding. 
 
    •   We ship to either a commercial address that is capable of unloading a freight truck or to a local
        terminal for pick up. Terminal locations are determined at the time of shipment.
    •   
	NO RESIDENTIAL SHIPPING. We can not ship to your house or home business. Shipping must
        be to a commercially zoned area 
	or a shipping terminal..

	   •   
	Commercial locations must be able to unload a freight tuck. Most trucks do 
	not have lift gates

       so the shop will need to have a forklift or 
	some other way to remove the item from the truck.

	   •   When terminal shipping is selected we will find 
	the nearest terminal to you and email you

       the pickup details including the BOL # and 
	address of the terminal.

   •   All Freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery 
	or pickup. The Delivery driver will have

       paper work for you to sign, DO NOT sign if 
	there is any damage to the item as a result of

       shipping. If you sign, we will not be able 
	to process a damage claim for the item. Signing the

       freight paper work means you assume 
	liability for any shipping damage. We will not take any

       returns for damaged freight if you sign the 
	freight paper work on an item damaged from shipping.
    •   We no longer ship freight outside of the continental US
    •   Shipping will be delayed if you do not provide a 
	valid phone number with your order. Also if you 

       do not include shop name, commercial address or specify that its a terminal pickup.
    •   
	$150 is the cost of shipping. No exceptions. Please do not contact us for lower shipping rates.
    •   Local pickup is available in Waterbury CT. Please contact us before coming to pick up any item.

       All pickups must be made with a Pickup

     We accept the payment forms listed 
		below. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. No exceptions. 
		At the end of the 7 day period your item will automatically be relisted 
		for sale. An ebay item dispute will automatically be opened and you will 
		no longer be able to access the check out for this item.

		Paypal - Our preffered method of payment. You must use our check out 
		for

        Paypal. We can  not send you a 
		money request through Paypal.

     •  Credit Cards - Credit cards can be used 
		in our check out with out having a 

        Paypal account. We can also accept 
		Credit cards over the phone.

     •  Cash - We accept cash in person. Pick Up 
		hours are 8:30 - 4:30 est Monday

        thru Friday. You must contact us 
		first before coming to pick up your order. 

     •  We DO NOT accept payments from Paypal or Credit 
		Card accounts that are 

        registered outside of the US.
		
Sales Tax

     6.0% Sales Tax is charged to all in 
		state buyers NO EXCEPTIONS Sorry there is nothing we can do to wave the

Check-Out

     After winning the item via buy it now, 
		auction or best offer we ask that you complete our check out. You have 7 
		days from the listing close to complete the check out. When your ready 
		you can click on the check out link thats emailed to you or proceed through ebays 
		check out. eBay will redirect you to ours so that you can complete your 
		order. The check out must be completed for all payment types. If you

Guarantee - 6 Month $ Money $ Back

      Please Click Here for our full Guarantee terms and 
		conditions. All parts are guaranteed for 6 months under normal use. Our 
		Guarantee covers you if the part fails in service on your vehicle. We do 
		not cover labor fees under any circumstances. All items must be 
		installed with in 30 days of receipt. Customer is liable for all UPS 
		shipping charges. Freight shipping on freight items such as engines and 
		transmissions are dealt with on a per case basis IF the item falls under 
		a Guarantee claim. Freight charges are not refunded on items being 
		returned for reasons other then what is outlined in our Guarantee terms.

		a problem with a part, you are covered by us. We are always willing to 
		work with you to make sure your experience with us and with ebay is a

Returns - 30 Day Return Policy

      You have 30 days from the date of receipt to 
		return your item for a refund. This policy is for items that fall 
		outside of our Guarantee terms. Our Guarantee covers you if the part fails 
		on your vehicle. Any items being returned for any other reason must be 
		done with in 30 days of reciept. Any parts sent that are wrong or 
		damaged also fall under our 30 day return policy. Nose cuts are not 
		returnable once cut. If theres a problem 
		with a part you must notify us with in the 30 days. The customer is 
		liable for all original and return shipping. Tom's Foreign Auto Parts 
		will only cover original shipping if we are at fualt for sending a wrong 
		part or a damaged part. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee 
		at the descresion of Tom's Foreign Auto Parts. We ask that you please 
		contact us before returning anything back to us.

     We leave feedback automatically after its recieved. 
		When our system shows that you've left a positive, it will automatically 
		return the favor for you. Please contact us before leaving any negatives 
		or nuetrals. We're more then willing to work with you to solve any

     We check best offers regularly through out the day. Any
