Open to the general public for pre-bid inspections and removal:

9:00 am – 4:00 pm Tuesday – Friday

9:00 am – 3:30 pm Saturday

·       Payment    High bidder must make full payment to Surplus Programs and remove vehicle(s)/equipment at the above location, within seven (7) calendar days after sale closes.  Payment can be made via: Visa or Mastercard.  We are unable to accept Paypal at this time.  When making payment, be sure to include the auction item number.  If the high bidder fails to pay and/or remove their item within the seven (7) days they will be blocked from bidding on the Surplus Program site.  Any blocked bidder must pay a $100 fee to Surplus Programs if they wish to continue bidding with Surplus Programs in the future.  Vehicle tax is paid when the title is transferred.  A UBI reseller number is required for all Washington State businesses who wish to qualify for tax exemption.

·       Loading and Shipping   Surplus Programs does not arrange shipping or provide quotes.  Please refer to the property location and zip code in the listing and contact a local shipper of your choice for rates.  All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the high bidder.  Please consider these costs when submitting your bid.  For locations other than Surplus Programs in Auburn, you are responsible for your own loading arrangements.  Please note:  Not all items listed on eBay by Surplus Programs are located in Auburn, Washington.  Please note location of property in each listing before bidding.

·       Property Removal   Unless otherwise permitted, the high bidder shall remove the property only during normal business hours (see above business hours).  Should the high bidder elect to have another person pick up the property, a letter of authorization must be furnished to the satisfaction of the Surplus Programs.   All industrial type equipment used by successful bidders on Government property to load, unload, tow, repair, modify, etc., must meet Occupational, Safety, and Health Administration Standards.
