Return & Refund Policy

-Back Order Issues: Back Order may happen due to the delay of the shipment from suppliers (this is a very minor
case). Therefore, if backorder happens, the buyer can request a full refund (the amount that we received) by being
completed the mutual transaction withdrawn process. We will issue the refund in 2 days after receiving the request.

-Buyer's satisfaction is our top priority. However, ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. we can only issue an
exchange or refund for detective item or wrong item shipped that less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase.

-All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our customer service department.
Package returned without the RMA number written outside of the box WILL BE REFUSED.
