Returns - Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

Customers are responsible for freight on all returned items. All returns must be pre-paid by the customer unless GSCreations, LLC was at fault and/or made an error.

All returned items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and no returns can be processed after 30 days of purchase. Returns within 30 days of purchase require a RA number and returns without an RA number will not be accepted. 

Customers are subject to a 15% restocking fee for any package returned by UPS or FEDEX because of refusal or non-delivery. Freight costs incurred are not refundable.

Special Order items are not returnable. Parts or items that have already been installed or modified in anyway, shape or form, are not returnable.
