you are bidding on a Briggs&Stratton 5HP block. it's a Raptor style block. it as been bored to .030 over. all the machine is done. it has welded lifter bore,chambered lifter bores,cut spring pockets,ported.yes this is a steel bore.it has a weld on the front of the block(very little spot). see picture.this will make a good block to build. shipping is 13.00 in the lower 48 states.
