I've opened this one to take pictures but the one you will receive will be brand new in original packaging

Easy to install, warms up very quickly, warms up to a nice, comfortable temperature

Simple design, plug in to turn on, unplug to turn off

Metallic gray/silverish color on the topside and black on the bottomside. It has straps that attach it to your seat so it fits almost every normal car seat.

Heats up evenly on both seat and back.
