We ship to all 50 states in the United States via UPS. We do not ship to Puerto Rico. UPS does not allow shipment to P.O. boxes. We will need a physical address.

We do combine shipping on all items purchased at the same time. Your purchase is combined in our shopping cart at checkout. Insurance is included on all shipments.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Rush shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. for $20 extra per order.

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday – Friday). Orders placed & paid for on weekends (Friday after 3PM-Sunday) or holidays will be processed on the next normal business day. You will receive an automated email with the UPS tracking number after your order leaves our warehouse.

We gladly accept PayPal as our primary method of payment. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted all through PayPal. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to California, Indiana and Utah.

To guarantee your order, all payments must be made within 7 days of winning your bid or Buy It Now. If you have not contacted us regarding your order, after 7 days an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened on your order. If the order is not paid for within 14 days the items will be relisted.

Damaged products will be accepted for return if reported within 14 days of delivery and upon authorization from Sizzix Outlet. Sizzix Outlet Consumer Support can be reached Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., PT.

Email us for return authorization and instructions. Include your name, eBay item ID and reason for the return.

All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Products must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition with original packaging.
