TYCO  1998 elmo  sits with a guitar and sings wash your face and hands.and shakes. he does have one small spot on his chest may wipe off not its up against his guitar.and 2 tiny scuffs on his eyes. about the size of  a tip of a pen. used  works great and sits about 12 inches tall .and theres also a tiny backpack as seen in the photo it has elmos head and hands on top and says sesame street  and at the bottom says elmo  its about 8 inches wide and about 6 inches tall without the head. with the head its about 11 inches tall  also has a zipper on the front . to watch around small children. and 2 straps on the back .
