Terms of Sale

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your rug, please return it within 3 days of your receipt for a refund (shipping and insurance excluded) (See "Conditions of Sale", below).

Shipping   

The shipping cost quoted on the auction listing page is for the continental United States .For shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations, please contact us by phone or email.  If you have any question please contact us before bidding. If you would like to pick up yourself please contact us for information.WE COMBINE SHIPING

Payment   

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, money orders, and personal & business checks. Please make all checks payable to "Hamid Masoudi".  We require 10 days for checks to clear before shipping. All payments should be received within 5 days after the close of the auction.

We ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment.  We retain the right to re-list an item if payment is not timely received. Once a sale has taken place, it is final, unless physical return is made within 3 days.  No returns accepted without our prior authorization.  All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the provisions of the US Federal Arbitration Act.
