Nicely flamed old 4/4 violin There are 2 labels inside. one label inside reads:" Ladislav F. Prokop hotovitel hudebnich nastroju v Chrudimi 1905" . The other label is probably a repair label, it reads: "Anton Lancinger opravi r. 1924Praze III" This label is directly under the soundpost. The length is 60cm/ 23,5inch. The body is 36cm (14 1/8inch). Thereare some repaired cracks at the front and I guess the instrument was refurnished once. Maybe the cracks needs to be repaired again.. The back is nicely flamed. There is an old smell at the case, but it will protect the violin or shipping. Instrument needs to be serviced and cleaned
