Returns and Exchanges - You may return your merchandise at buyer expense for a refund or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds - Refunds issued will include merchandise charges as well as shipping charges. Please note that we do subtract a $2.95 processing fee from each refund. The refund processing fee is charged per order and not per item. All orders over $50 including shipping will be charged a 15% processing fee. Canada and International Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. To avoid paying the $2.95 processing fee, please consider exchanging the unwanted merchandise. All refunds are returned in the same form as payment was made.
*Restocking fee: An Additional 15 to 30% restocking fee may apply for items returned in used, opened, or incomplete condition. Accessory Export, LLC reserves the right to be the sole determiner of whether a product has been used or is incomplete.
