These tutus are hand sewn by us in the USA.  they are made from soft high quality tulle.  they tie on at the waist for an adjustable easy fit.  the come in small 10" long with 19"waist medium 12" long with 24" waist and 14" long with 29" waist.   the come in ligh pink, hot pink, lavender, light green, blue, peach and yellow.   and don't forget tutus look cute on puppy dogs too.  These tutus make the perfect dress up or dance attire for any little girl.  Ther are perfect for fairy, princess or ballet  costumes for halloween or anytime!  please let me know what size and color you want.  additional colors are available by request.  please add addtition shipping time for custom colors.
