As long as the item is paid for in full within one week of the end of auction, we will be happy to store any item for up to thirty days, free of charge.  So if you are considering driving to pick up your item in order to save the shipping costs, you can take up to one months to do so, as long as you pay within one week of the end of auction.

We are happy to combine items for cheaper shipping if you are the winning bidder of multiple auctions ending on the same day.  Please do not ask us to hold your items to be combined with future winnings.

WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED: 

Inform us immediately by email if your item arrives damaged. The shipper may want to inspect the original packaging so please do not throw away any packing materials. Save bubble-wrap, cardboard wrap, peanuts and all original boxing. DO NOT send back to us for a refund, we must file a claim with the shipping company whenever an item is damaged in shipping. We will contact the shipper on our end and initiate the claim once we have made contact with you.
