SHIPPING TERMS: Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. Also, buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees, determined by their country. Use the shipping calculator below to figure cost. We strive to ship everything the same or next day after we receive payment. Check our feedback and you will see that we do almost every time. Occasionally you may encounter a small delay due to holiday, illness or vacation. Thanks for your understanding. UPS shipments will have a tracking number, USPS shipments will have a delivery confirmation number. We provide tracking within a day of your item being shipped.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We cannot guarantee the delivery of items nor track items being shipped outside the US via USPS without insurance. The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. A contact phone number is highly recommended. Insurance is roughly $5 on a $200 item value. It can be quoted at the end of the auction.

INSURANCE: Shipping insurance is optional. There is no coverage for damaged shipments beyond what the shipper provides. UPS will cover the first $100. It is up to you to specify additional coverage. We pack each order carefully to give it the best chance to be received in the exact shape that it was shipped.

SALES TAX: IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you are a Missouri resident and we are shipping your item to Missouri or you are picking the item up at our location, you must pay Missouri sales tax.
