Our Certified Personal Trainers designed this program of demanding Level 3 workouts to provide strenuous exercise.

You'll start with five 30-minute workouts each week and progress to six 60-minute workouts weekly. You'll be burning calories and increasing muscle strength as well as improving aerobic capacity. You'll start training at 12.5 miles during your first week - and progress to more than 25 miles during each of your last two weeks. This carefully designed program will move into marathon training territory. This 4-CD set features Rock music with trainer Pete.

With iFIT® patented technology, our special iFIT® CDs control the movement of your fitness equipment through a simple, easy-to-use cable that links your fitness equipment to your CD player. Each CD workout is led by an iFIT® certified personal trainer coaching to energetic music. While you're listening to the CD, digital cues on the CD move your machine, automatically changing the speed, incline, and resistance of your machine, so you're doing exactly what the trainer is doing.
