Our product descriptions, including “Compatibility”, are obtained from the Griffin Technology website and the product package. All iPod/iPhone accessories should work with all iPods and/or iPhones listed above in the “Compatibility” section. This item may be compatible with additional, or more recent, iPod and/or iPhone models, but we can make no such guarantee. If you are unsure about this item’s compatibility with your particular model, please do research before making your purchase. PAYMENT:
- Payment is expected within 4 days of your purchase. If buyer does not pay by the 4th day, eBay Unpaid Item Assistant will automatically open a dispute.
- We prefer PayPal but will accept direct payments by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Please call our toll-free number, 1-866-671-9822, M-F between 8am-5pm CDT.
SHIPPING:
- We normally ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment.
- We will ship Worldwide.
- We offer shipping fee discounts for combined purchases when possible. The "Shipping and Payments" section of the item description will disclose the shipping discounts offered for that item.
- The shipping service used will depend on the product's size, weight and destination location. Each item will disclose the shipping services available for that item, the related shipping fees, and the estimated delivery time for each service.
- The estimated delivery time is based on our handling time, the shipping service used, and when we receive cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods and especially to locations outside the United States.
- SHIPPING SERVICES and Estimated Delivery Time:
§ FedEx Express Saver, approximately 3-5 days – lower 48 States only
§ USPS Priority Mail, 2-4 days
§ USPS First Class Mail, 3-5 days
§ Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands: USPS Priority Mail, 2-4 days
§ APO/FPO address: USPS Priority Mail. The Postal Service will not provide a service commitment to these locations.
§ USPS First Class Mail Intl, USPS does not provide exact time of delivery
§ USPS Priority Mail Intl, 6-11 days
§ USPS Express Mail Intl, 5-6 days – Buyer upgraded option
RETURNS:
- All sales are final, except in the case of defective products. Please contact us within the 3 days of delivery.
- We will accept a return if the following criteria applies:
- the item is DOA (defective on arrival)
- we made a significant mistake in our ad description
- we shipped you the wrong item
- and the above described items are returned to us within 7 days
§ If any of this occurs, we will issue a full refund plus freight charges to ship the item back.
- Items that have been listed and sold in AS-IS condition are not eligible for return. These sales are Final!
- AS-IS means the product has an issue or it could not be fully tested.
· Once you receive your product and you decide the item is not what you wanted or need then you can send it back in the same condition as you received it. If we find that it is in the same condition, we will refund the sale amount. If the item purchased included free shipping we will deduct our original shipping cost. All shipping costs will be your responsibility.
WARRANTY:
Although most of the items we sell are new, they are not necessarily covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A manufacturer's warranty will only be available for items that disclose the warranty information within the description. If no reference is made to a manufacturer's warranty, the item is not covered. Many manufacturers do not offer warranties for internet/eBay purchases. For your convenience, we provide a link to Square Trade Warranty Services who will sell you a warranty for many of the items we offer. We are not affiliated with Square Trade in any way, do not make any guarantees about their service, and suggest you do research before committing to any contract.
