This is for a used iMed Gemini PC-1 Volumetric Infusion Pump / Controller. This unit did power on. We did not test this unit it see if it works properly. We are unsure if all pieces are with this unit.

• Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or for the
  withdrawal of a bid after the auction's close.
• All property listed in the Invitation to Bid is offered for sale "AS-IS". 
  The University of Missouri makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to
  kind, character or quality of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or
  purpose.
• All sales are subject to the General Sale Terms and Conditions.

DO NOT BID unless you have read, understood and agree to all the
Terms and Conditions of this sale.
FAILURE to abide by these Terms and Conditions could result in fines,
penalties and/or forfeiture of sale property.

Pickup or Shipping:

Pickup:

• The only cost to the buyer is the final auction price and any cost of
  removal. Pick up times are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm,
  no holidays.
  
• Property must be removed within 10 calendar days from the end of
  auction unless permission has been given (in writing) by the University
  prior to the original removal deadline.

Shipped:

• The total cost to the buyer is the final auction price, plus the shipping
  preparation charge, plus the handling charge, plus the actual cost of
  shipping based on weight or size of box. (For our customers with U.S.
  addresses, the University of Missouri Surplus Property will provide
  shipping estimates and make transportation arrangements for your
  property upon request.)
• Property must be removed within 10 calendar days from the end of
  auction unless permission has been given (in writing) by the University
  prior to the original removal deadline.
• University of Missouri Surplus Property assumes absolutely no
  responsibility or liability for the untimely delivery of items by any
  public or private carrier (including the U.S. Postal Service).
  

Payment:

• Full payment is due on, or before, the 10^th calendar day from the last day
  of the auction.
• Missouri residents will be charged 7.350% sales tax on the final amount.
