Payment

Payment must be received within 48 hours from PayPal after winning the bid or committed a buy through Best Offer, or we will not be able to guarantee the availability of the item. If payment is not received after 5 days, we will void the transaction and start the dispute process with eBay. 


Shipping  

We only ship to your Paypal address.  We usually ship 1 business day after your payment clears.  When I ship, you will get an e-mail with the delivery confirmation number.  We pack very carefully, but due to the fragile nature of LCD screens, shipping insurance is recommended. 
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

 We only sell BRAND New, 100% OEM parts.  However, if you receive any defective or wrong item, please contact us via email within 7 days upon receiving your order, and we will be glad to offer an exchange or refund.   Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item is DOA.  All return shipping fees will be paid by the buyer unless item is defective.
