Terms and Conditions
By placing a bid you accept, and understand the following restrictions:
Age: I am at least 18 years of age and do not know of any local or state laws that would prohibit me from purchasing or owning 6mm plastic bb air soft toy gun products, and or firearm imitation/replica toys.
Exempt States/Countries: By bidding you understand that it is bidders responsibility to investigate state, and local laws which may prohibit the use, or possession of airsoft guns. We do not ship to Canada.
Safety Markings: Airsoft guns are required by Federal Law to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in blaze orange.
Safety Measures: I understand this is classified as a toy, yet because of its ability to emit projectiles it may cause harm to animals, and or humans. I agree that this toy gun will not be used to shoot animals, nor humans. Agree to wear proper protection when in use.
Federal Law: I understand that Federal Law states that the use of any look-alike, replica or toy gun in a crime carries the full ramifications as a real firearm. DO NOT BRANDISH ANY AIRSOFT GUN IN PUBLIC.
Attention Ebay: These airsoft replica toys comply with Federal regulations and with all eBay gun policy requirements. They feature the blaze orange tip on the barrel and CAN NOT be modified to shoot real ammunition.
Payments: Payments must be made within 7 days of the end of the auction. Payments accepted: Paypal (All Major Credit Cards Through Paypal), Cashiers Check and Money Orders. Use Ebay Checkout and Include Item Number with payment. After this 7 day period We reserve the right to claim a refund from eBay and re-list the item(s) - which may result in a Non-Paying Bidder Alert being filed with eBay. By placing a bid you are agreeing to these terms.
Feedback: Feedback will be left within 7 days after we receive feedback from you. If you have left us feedback, and not receive a return feedback reply after 7 days, please contact us. It is our sincere desire to acquire positive feedback by creating satisfied customers.
Shipping: Shipping charges cover postage, processing and packaging. By bidding you agree to these charges. Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment, unless a problem arises (Most are shipped next day). Please only contact us about the status of an order if you believe there may be a problem, or if it has been 7 business days since we received payment, and you have not received your order.
USPS gives you a "tracking" number via E-mail, that number just lets you know we shipped your order, and then it lets us know when you receive your order. It does not track the day by day shipping progress. After you receive that number it should take 2-4 business days to receive your order.
If you encounter a problem with an order you must contact us within 72 hours so we may do our best to correct the problem. If an item must be returned, the buyer will be responsible for those shipping expenses unless otherwise stated. You must request a return authorization number, “RMA” in order to return ANY item. All items to be returned MUST have an “RMA” number. Print this number on the outside of the box. The item must be received within 7 days of the return request. Please include a note with the item explaining the problem, give your name, address, auction number, E-mail address, RMA number and whether you've requested a refund or an exchange. Things that void a warranty are physical abuse of the item, improper use, not returned with all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. Items returned in perfect working order, will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the bid price, and we will NOT refund the shipping charges, or we can ship the item back at the buyers cost. There are no warranties on batteries or Free / Bonus items such as lasers, red dot scopes and tactical lights unless otherwise stated. There are no refunds on any S/H charges.
In no event shall D2f or Door2theFuture its owner, subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products, bids placed on eBay, eBay's services or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. The liability of D2f or Door2theFuture and its owner, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased here under. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms and conditions. Buyer agrees that any and all sales of merchandise offered through D2f or Door2theFuture constitutes a sale under applicable Virginia law with jurisdiction and venue solely and exclusively in Prince William Country, Virginia.
